The switch between front and rear pilot is the left control key
All landscapes are transformed to C3 and uploaded on the web side. The views for C2 landscapes are deleted from the web side. All landscapes work in C2 and C3
After panels are done too, next step will be the skins
Panels for all planes used in Vintage Series 24 are done and online, except ASK21, but it wasn't changed in Condor 2 either.
Landscapes are in process, I want to transform all to Condor 3 and upload them. Modifying with OSM buildings will happen later in a next step. All transformed landscapes can be used in Condor 2 too.
Alps and Vegas are uploaded, you will find them under Condor 3 landscapes. Condor 3 landscapes can be used for Condor 2 too. Please replace the extra maps, because they need another format for Condor 3. If you use the old ones, it needs nearly one minute to change the maps on flight planner.
Overview isn't correct now, I will fix that later
I saw the post, will reread . Knew there might be a conversion program. No hurry as I will do all of J in C2 . No , just the J landscapes.

Down loaded and installed my C3 . Started at 11:30 , done by 3 pm. Little glitch, when installing, got an error message. Needed 3 gb to finish. Dumped recycle bin ( again) , uninstalled Updater, found an Alps E landscape on my desktop. Thought I would have to totally uninstall C2 , but no , it all fit.
Flew it , but still have to set inputs. Works fine.
It's good, to wait a little bit. At the moment is a little bit chaos, because the run to C3 kills the download server. So the store is offline often and people are frustrated. I wanted to wait too, but yesterday I wake up in the night and saw the store reopened by OXO a few minutes before (3:30 a.m.?), and took the chance. Installation was done round 7 a.m.
Have flown one 5 minutes test flight. Looks really good. Tonight I will see if the waiting time we have this task is fixed. I will write about it later
First step was easy, generating the flight plan for Condor 3 is done. In Condor you can set 8 different weather zones, but in VS24 I will only allow one (because C2 only has one). If there are more than one in the uploaded flight plan, I eliminate all others. For safety reasons it's better not to upload a flight plan with more than one weather zone, but it will work with more too.
Next step will happen tomorrow, when I got my first igc file I have to modify the upload. I guess it will not be too difficult.
Converted all my landscapes with Condor Updater from CC to Condor 3, so that can be done by everybody. Only convert one at a time, because the tool will crash round about after 4 landscapes. Kill the process and start again, it's a bit of a pain, but works.
When the landscapes got OSM buildings, I will update them on the server. Converted landscapes can be used with C2 and C3.
Next step will be to make VS24 ready for C3, want to fly my task tomorrow with C3
Unexpectedly, we have to delay the release by a few days. Our excellent beta team have uncovered some issues we need to resolve and retest. Please be assured we are putting every effort into releasing as soon as possible.
We give you this video to watch in the meantime. Note there is sound in the video.
